A bulk SMS service lets you send one message, or a personalised version of it, to a large list of mobile numbers at once. In India it needs DLT-registered headers and templates. With us you pay ₹0.20 per SMS for up to 10,000 a month or ₹0.15 for up to 1,00,000, plus GST, only on delivery.

What businesses send with bulk SMS
Bulk SMS works best when the message is short, timely and expected. A school sends exam timetables to 3,000 parents. A garment unit in Tiruppur tells 400 workers about a shift change. A diagnostic lab sends report-ready alerts every evening. Each of these is one template, one upload and one click.
- Schools and colleges: fee reminders, attendance and exam alerts
- Retail and e-commerce: new arrivals, sale dates and order updates
- Finance and NBFCs: EMI due dates and payment receipts
- Real estate: site-visit invitations and project launch news
- Factories: shift changes and staff notices
Bulk SMS pricing that stays predictable
You pay per delivered SMS. Starter is ₹0.20 per SMS for up to 10,000 SMS a month, with basic API, email support and delivery reports. Business is ₹0.15 per SMS for up to 1,00,000 SMS a month and adds the full API, priority support, advanced analytics and custom sender IDs. Larger senders get custom Enterprise pricing with a dedicated account manager, 24/7 phone support and an SLA. All prices exclude 18% GST.
A long message uses more than one credit. A plain English SMS holds 160 characters, or 153 per part when split. A Tamil or Hindi SMS holds 70 characters, or 67 per part. Keep campaigns tight and check the counter before you send.

How a bulk campaign runs from Excel
Upload your file, choose the approved DLT template and map each {#var#} field to a column such as name, amount or due date. The panel shows a preview of the messages so you can catch a wrong column before anything goes out. Send now, or schedule the campaign for a time when your customers are likely to read it.
After sending, MIS reports show delivered, failed and pending counts for the campaign, and you can export them to Excel for your records or your CRM. Use sub-accounts if each branch or department should run its own lists and see its own usage.
Why choose us as your bulk SMS service provider
Promotional bulk SMS can only go to non-DND numbers or consenting customers between 10am and 9pm, so plan offers inside that window. Service updates such as fee reminders can go out at any hour with an approved template.
- Direct routes to Jio, Airtel, Vi and BSNL with 6+ redundant paths
- Up to about 10,000 SMS per second for large lists
- DLT registration help with no service charge
- Sub-accounts for branches, franchisees or departments
- A Coimbatore team that has worked in bulk SMS since 2000
Getting better results from bulk SMS
Delivery is only half the job. A message that arrives at 7am on a Sunday, or reads like a wall of text, gets ignored. Send when people are free to act: fee reminders on a weekday evening, store offers before the weekend, staff notices before the shift starts.
Clean your list before every big send. Remove numbers that failed in the last two campaigns, merge duplicates and drop contacts who asked to stop. A tidy list lowers your cost, and customers are more likely to read messages from a brand that only sends what they want.
If you run several branches, give each its own sub-account so a Coimbatore showroom and a Chennai outlet can send local offers without mixing lists or credits.
Sending outside India too?
We also send SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers abroad, with help on each country's sender ID and consent rules.

Frequently asked questions
What is the price of bulk SMS in India?
Our bulk SMS costs ₹0.20 per SMS on the Starter plan for up to 10,000 SMS a month and ₹0.15 per SMS on the Business plan for up to 1,00,000 SMS a month. Enterprise volumes get custom pricing. GST at 18% is extra, there is no monthly fee and you are billed only for delivered SMS.
How many bulk SMS can I send at one time?
There is no small cap per campaign. Our platform handles up to about 10,000 SMS per second, so a large list does not wait in a queue for hours. Your monthly volume decides the plan: up to 10,000 SMS on Starter, up to 1,00,000 on Business and unlimited volume on Enterprise.
What is the minimum bulk SMS purchase?
The minimum purchase is 5,000 SMS. Credits are valid for one year, and unused credits carry over when you renew before they expire. There is no free trial, but a 5,000 SMS pack lets you test the web panel, Excel upload and API at low cost.
Can I send bulk SMS in Tamil or Hindi?
Yes. The panel supports Unicode, so you can send in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and other Indian languages. A Unicode SMS holds 70 characters per part, or 67 when the message is split, compared with 160 for English. Your DLT template must be registered in the same language you send.
Why are some of my bulk SMS not delivered?
Common reasons are a switched-off phone, an invalid or inactive number, a promotional SMS sent to a DND number, text that does not match the DLT template, or a link that is not whitelisted. The delivery report shows the status for each number, and our support team can help you read the failure codes.
Do I need my own sender ID for bulk SMS?
Yes. In India every business sends from its own 6-character header registered on the DLT portal, such as TRPFAB. Operators add a suffix like -P or -S to show the message type. The header costs about ₹590 a year, paid to the operator, and we help you register it.
