Terms of service

These terms cover use of this website and the messaging services offered by AvanceZone Technology under the SMS Gateway Providers name. Detailed service terms are shared with your account.

Compliance

You must register your entity, headers and templates on a DLT platform and send only approved content. Promotional messages may go only to non-DND numbers or users who have consented, within permitted hours. Spam, fraud and misleading content are not allowed and accounts sending them may be suspended.

Pricing and billing

SMS is prepaid and billed per delivered message at the rates on our pricing page, plus 18% GST. Operator DLT fees are paid to the operator. WhatsApp plans carry monthly and one-time fees as listed.

Service

We aim for 99.9% platform availability. Delivery depends on operators, handset status and DND settings, which are outside our control.
