Read more →How international SMS works from India
International SMS goes through our global carrier partners, outside India's DLT system. Each country sets its own rules. The UAE and Saudi Arabia need registered sender IDs and mark promotional messages, Singapore uses its SSIR sender ID registry, and the USA needs 10DLC or toll-free registration for business texting.
Prices are quoted per destination in INR or USD, because operator fees differ by country and network. There is no setup or monthly fee for SMS. In markets where most people use WhatsApp, such as the Gulf, the WhatsApp Business API often gets more replies than SMS.
Each country page covers sender ID rules, consent and quiet hours, sample messages in the local language and the local time when our sales team is available. Rules change, so we confirm the current position with our route partner before your first campaign.
